Together with the whole nation, we mourn the loss of Queen Elizabeth and give thanks for her life of devoted service. We are inspired by her example of bringing people together at times of both challenge and celebration. We send our sincere condolences to King Charles III and the Royal Family.

You may wish to contribute to York’s book of condolences in person at West Offices, between 8.30am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, from Friday 9 September.

If you wish to place floral tributes to The Queen you can do this on the lawn outside West Offices’ Customer Centre or outside York Minster in the Dean’s Park under the Five Sisters Window. Please remember to remove any plastic wrapping.
