Raise York is a citywide network of people and places, plus online support. It is designed to support children, young people and families from pregnancy to adulthood.
Explore are part of Raise York Family Hubs, which are at seven sites across the city including Acomb Explore, Clifton Explore, Tang Hall Explore, York Explore and Children’s Centres. At our Explore Centres you’ll always be welcome to chat to our friendly staff and they will be able to help you with any questions you may have and point you in the right direction in terms of where to go next for advice.
Family Hub Pop Ups
Each week there will be someone specifically available at one of our Explore Centres to offer you the support you need. They are on hand to help you access any information you need, provide digital support, and signpost you to service providers. They will be available the following days:
Acomb Explore: Every Tuesday 10.30am to 12pm (starting 27 Jan 2026)
Clifton Explore: Every Thursday 1.15 to 2.45pm (starting 29 Jan 2026)
Tang Hall Explore: Every Friday 10.15 to 11.45 am (starting 6 Feb 2026) and last Saturday of every month 9.00 to 11.30am (starting 28 Feb)
York Explore: Every Thursday 10.15 to 11.45am (starting 29 Jan 2026) and last Saturday of every month 1.30 to 4.00pm (starting 28 Feb 2026)
