What do I do if my books are due back and I can’t get to a library or renew them on-line?
Don’t worry we have changed the return date for all loans to 30 June. We will continue to review the situation and change dates accordingly if we need to – so you can relax!
I have reserved books, what do I do when they are ready for collection?
At the moment all libraries are closed and staff are working from home so we can’t provide you with physical copies of books. When this changes, staff from your local library will contact you to let you know that you have a book waiting for collection, will ask you if you still want the item, and then talk through options for getting it to you.
I am self-isolating – can you deliver books to me at home?
We are hoping to extend the Home Library Service delivering books and audio books to people who are self-isolating or cannot leave their home during the coming weeks and months. We are reviewing when it may be possible to deliver this service. We will update in due course with further information.
